Too english to fit in italian football. And they have Cambiasso already who miles above lampard. As for youth vs experience I'd like to remind you of Ajax '96-'96-won the CL, played the final next year with exclusively homegrown kids. Average age of the team was below 25. On the other hand Milan won the CL too with a team of around 30+. I'd personally opt for the younger solution.
