Mashego looking for new club

Former Orlando Pirates striker Katlego Mashego says he is still struggling to find a new club after being dumped by Golden Arrows.

Mashego signed a one-year deal with Arrows in the Premier Soccer League (PSL) last season.

However, the club failed to exercise their option to renew for a further two years and handed the striker his clearance.

Speaking to KickOff.com, Mashego confirmed he is still looking for another club.

"I am still here in Johannesburg and have not yet received any offers," the 30-year-old said.

"However I will remain patient as I am in no hurry as I am a free agent and can sign even after the transfer window period closes."

The striker was earlier linked with a move to both Moroka Swallows and Kaizer Chiefs.
