Panathinaikos maintained their one-point lead over Olympiacos CFP at the summit of the Greek Super League with a 2-0 defeat of Larissa FC.

Second-half goals from Manucho and Dimitrios Salpingidis secured the points for the hosts, who move on to 56 points from 24 games. Their city rivals Olympiacos, triumphed 1-0 at GAS Veria thanks to a seventh-minute Christos Patsatzoglou effort. AEK Athens FC, who beat OFI Crete FC 4-1, are three points further back.
