LONDON (AFP) - Australia goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer admits he would love to finish his career in Germany after reports linked the Middlesbrough star with a move to Bayern Munich.

Schwarzer is out of contract at the end of the season and it has been claimed that Jurgen Klinsmann, who becomes Bayern manager in the close-season, is trying to persuade him to move to Allianz Arena.

The 35-year-old has been unable to agree a new deal with Middlesbrough, alerting Klinsmann, who needs a new goalkeeper to replace the retiring Oliver Kahn.

Schwarzer conceded a move to Germany could be on the cards: "It would be nice to finish my career in the Bundesliga," he told The Sun.

It would be great to see Schwarzer finish his career in the Bundesliga. Kahn is too old, and Rensing isnt a world class keeper, so he would propbably be seeing first team action regularly at Bayern.
