Dutch coach Dick Advocaat was delighted as his Zenit St Petersburg side reached their first UEFA Cup final after out-classing Bayern Munich with a 4-0 rout in Russia on Thursday night.
It's a pity that Bayern got knocked out. They must have been tired from playing too much football in recent weeks, whereas the Russian league only started a few weeks ago, so the Zenit guys presently enjoy a higher level of fitness. If Zenit ply like this in the final, they must be strong favourites to lift the cup.

Congrats to the russian club! Great achievement. If they play like this in the final there will be no thrill whatsoever. Good luck.Giorgio May 2nd, 2008 15:28

Zenit should win the final after performances like that.
