Goals from Luisão and Óscar Cardozo helped SL Benfica to a 2-0 win against CF Os Belenenses to end a run of three successive defeats.
 Luisão pounced on a loose ball to put the home side ahead four minutes before the break before Cardozo made sure of the points with a brilliant free-kick mid-way through the second-half. Fernando Chalana's side move up to third, one point behind Vitória SC. Belenenses, who had defender Hugo Alcântara sent off in the 76th minute, are fifth.
